The Neva Masquerade is a breed of Siberian cats with a special ornate color, its dark fur on its muzzle resembling a mask. It is the most independent, mysterious, mystical, and glamorous breed of cat. Neva Masquerade is a separate branch from Siberian cats, their closest relatives.

Because of their bright appearance, cats have become very popular in the former Soviet Union. Neva Masquerades are gladly accepted at various international cat shows. The Audience Award is always “in their pocket”.

Appearance

The Neva Masquerade breed is fully compliant with the Siberian cat standard but is bred in a separate, own color – colorpoint. Dark masks on the muzzle, paws, and tail are of darker color. Strongpoint, bluepoint, redpoint, tortoiseshell point, tabby, and all colors with white – this color variety can be found on Neva Masquerade cats.

Due to its colorful color, the Neva Masquerade looks like a glamorous “chick”. A cat with bottomless blue eyes, dressed in luxurious furs – the glamour of this cat is difficult not to notice. All victories at international cat shows remain for her; Neva Masquerade has no equals in her category.
